What is Ensemble Theatre Camp?

Join us for a week of creativity, friendship, and collaboration! Whether you are a seasoned performer or brand new to the stage, this camp offers a safe, inclusive environment to explore the magic of theatre. Participants will work together to:

Improvise and write original scripts.
Learn acting and rehearsal skills.
Build a show from the ground up (lights, sound, set, costumes).
Create lifelong memories in a supportive community.

Fee: $300 per participant
When: July 20 – 24, 2026; Monday to Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm
Who can join: Anyone ages 12 – 16
Performance for family & friends: Friday, July 24 in the afternoon

Ensemble Theatre Camp Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. The following refund policy applies to all registrations for Ensemble Theatre Camp.

Refunds Before Camp

Full refunds (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be issued for cancellation requests made 14 days or more before the first day of camp.
50% refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made 7–13 days before the first day of camp.

Late Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of camp.

Once Camp Has Begun

No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for missed days, partial attendance, or withdrawal once camp has begun.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of serious illness or family emergency, SEATS may review requests for partial credit at its discretion.

Minimum Enrolment Requirement

Ensemble Theatre Camp requires a minimum number of participants in order to run.

If the minimum enrolment is not reached, SEATS reserves the right to cancel the camp. In this case, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Participants will be notified as soon as possible if the camp is unable to proceed.

Participant Code of Conduct

SEATS is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.

Campers are expected to:

Treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect
Participate in activities in a positive and supportive manner
Follow all camp safety guidelines and instructions
Respect the theatre space, equipment, and materials

Bullying, harassment, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

If a participant’s behaviour significantly disrupts the camp environment or compromises the safety of others, SEATS reserves the right to contact parents/guardians and, if necessary, remove the participant from the camp without refund.
